    Advanced Gerber Accumark: Pattern Making And Grading Part-Time

     

    Master the advanced functions of designer’s software Gerber AccuMark as you refine your existing skills with digitizing, plotting, pattern manipulation and marker making. Completion of this class makes you eligible to enroll on Advanced Gerber: Pattern Making & Grading (Part 2)

     
     

    Important Notes

  • Classes of two or fewer students are considered private classes. In this instance, you’ll complete all assignments as listed in six weeks rather than eight.
  • If you’re going to miss class for any reason, please email in advance to let us know. If you fail to report your absence within 24 hours, your class will be considered a missed session and no make up class will be provided.

    Jessica Hsu

    Jessica has worked in the fashion industry for almost three decades for brands such as Karma Athletics, Lotuswear Designs Ltd., and Design Group—just to name a few. Currently Jessica is a Senior Technical Pattern Maker at Arcteryx. In addition to Jessica's impressive career, she designs, creates and produces pet wear, uniforms, wedding gowns and other custom formal wear with impressive results. Jessica is an alumni of the prestigious Central Saint Martins School of Design.
    Jessica is the head of Technical Pattern Making at The Cut Fashion Design Academy as well as the Head of TCFDA's Gerber Program.

    Chay Clayton

    VCAD Alumni, who has been working at The Cutting Room for two years, pattern making and sample sewing. Chay has been a favorite instructor to many of The Cut's students for the last two years and now enjoys teaching Gerber Digital Pattern Making at The Cut.
